Intellectual Property

"G3 IP" means the Platform, all software, models, weights, prompts, tools, workflows, templates, documentation, manuals, guides, dashboards, brand assets, and any derivatives or improvements thereof, whether existing today or developed later. As between G3 AI and the Customer, G3 AI owns all right, title, and interest in and to the G3 IP, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and database rights.

The Customer acknowledges that G3 AI may use artificial intelligence to develop the G3 IP and that intellectual property created from such use is G3 IP.

The Platform may incorporate third-party technology licensed to G3 AI. Those licensors retain a proprietary interest in the relevant components, are intended third-party beneficiaries of the Customer's obligations, and may independently enforce their rights against the Customer.

"Customer Content" means the inputs, prompts, documents, media, and data the Customer or its Licensed Users submit to the Platform, and outputs specific to the Customer's account. As between the parties, Customer Content is and remains the Customer's property.

The Customer grants G3 AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and support the Platform and to comply with law.

Subject to payment of fees and compliance with the Terms and this policy, the Customer owns the outputs generated for the Customer's account, to the extent such outputs are eligible for protection and are not attributable to another party's rights. Outputs from generative AI may not be original, may not be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction, and may be similar to outputs generated for other users. The Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

G3 AI does not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune general-purpose models offered to other customers without the Customer's prior written consent. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve reliability, performance, and safety.

If the Customer or a Licensed User provides suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform, G3 AI may use that feedback without restriction or compensation. No confidential or proprietary rights attach to feedback.

"G3 AI", the G3 AI logo, and related names and logos are trademarks of G3 AI, LLC. Use of these marks requires our prior written consent, except for factual references (nominative fair use) and permitted press or investor uses.

To report content on the Platform that infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@g3ai.io that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it;
• your contact information;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.
