Acceptable Use Policy

• use the Platform in a way that violates applicable law, regulation, or a court order;
• infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual right of any person;
• upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• upload or generate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes minors;
• use outputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (credit, employment, insurance, housing, healthcare eligibility, criminal justice) without meaningful human review;
• attempt to identify a specific individual from aggregated or de-identified data;
• generate malware, exploits, phishing content, or material designed to compromise a system or account;
• impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") using outputs of the Platform;
• use the Platform to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing artificial-intelligence product or service;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Platform interfaces except through documented APIs and within the limits of your subscription; or
• share Login Credentials outside the set of Licensed Users authorized under your subscription.

Certain uses require additional controls and a written amendment before deployment, including: medical diagnosis or treatment decisions; safety-critical industrial control; legally binding decisions; financial trading; children's services; and any use governed by HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, or comparable regimes. Contact legal@g3ai.io before enabling these uses.

Good-faith, non-disruptive security research is welcome under our vulnerability disclosure program. Please email security@g3ai.io before testing. Do not access data that is not yours, and do not run denial-of-service or spam-like traffic against the Platform.

To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@g3ai.io with as much detail as possible. We investigate every report we receive.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable access to violating content, and suspend or terminate offending accounts. Where the violation involves imminent harm or illegality, we may act without prior notice and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
